International Delivery
We offer delivery of selected products from our website to most international destinations. This is an insured, door-to-door service and may require a signature on delivery. Delivery of your order will usually be made within 5 working days of your order being placed but can take up to 10 working days depending upon customs clearance (Subject to stock availability). For all international countries, the price you pay will exclude all relevant import duty and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier/courier company to release your order from Customs. We recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

In recent weeks there has been some significant changes to import tarrifs into the United States. Previously any orders below $800 USD would be classed as duty free. Now we have been informed there is no longer a duty free agreement as per changes made by the Biden Administration. All imports into the United Sates will be liable for import taxes and duties based on the value of the goods being delivered. The import charges will be requested by the carrier company before delivery of your order. If you do require any further information about these changes please contact our customer support team.

This does not apply to residential customers - In order to process the Entry with United States Customs, clear and release the shipment, and have it delivered, the courier will require the following information and/or documents:

Federal Tax ID # for the US based Importer of Record: EIN for companies and SSN for individuals. (Please provide the full name and address associated with the number provided)
- Please be advised that a tax ID# (social security number for individuals, EIN for businesses/companies) is required by US Customs & Border Protection for all shipments importing at an overall value of $2,500 USD and above. (Or goods of Chinese origin subject to tariff regulations valued over $800 USD)
- If the associated address with your IRS# differs from the invoiced address, please provide full associated address
- If you have any inquiries as to why US Customs requires your EIN/SSN please refer to the official US Customs & Border Protection (https://www.cbp.gov/).
- Proof of IRS is now required by DHL to add customers who are providing their tax ID for the first time. We can provide a list of accepted forms.
Spain

Last year 2023, Spain introduced stricter controls for the import of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) from countries outside the EU.
These controls have been brought in to help with the strategy of improving the health and safety of the citizens and the environment. The controls also verify compliance with Waste electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Waste batteries and accumulators (RPyA) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
We therefore need to ensure that the Spanish importer has completed a registration in the Integrated Industrial Registry (RII) and that all of the required documentation is available to prove conformity to the standards at the time of import.
If the importer is not established in Spain, they will need to appoint an authorised Spanish representative. Approval needs to be received from Spanish Customs to release the shipment for free circulation.
Delivered Duty Paid (Incoterms 2021®)
Delivered duty paid (DDP) is a delivery agreement whereby (the seller) assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods to the buyer. This agreement includes paying for shipping costs, export and import duties, insurances and any other expenses incurred during shipping to the buyer's country. We can offer a DDP service to eligible countries. This service is only available for our commercial business customers. Please contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for a DDP delivery service.
Advantages:
- This service usually provides a faster method for delivery, as the customs clearance procedure is shorter as duties and taxes have been paid in advance.
- For customers who are unfamiliar with importing, this offers a less hassle method.
- You will be aware of all costs associated with delivery and importing, with no additional fees when the goods arrive into your country.
Disadvantages:
- The buyer is not eligible to reclaim tax that has been prepaid on a DDP service. If you wish to reclaim your tax paid, then we advise you to use our standard DAP / DDU service. You would then pay the taxes and duties directly to customs authorities on import into your country.
